Alex Warren: What’s different about clubs in London to clubs in Italy?
Mowgli: Italian clubs won’t get busy before 2am and close later then uk,
this is the first difference. Then they are much bigger, we have a lot of high capacity
venues. Music wise they arent as various as uk clubs, techno and house rules there
and there isnt much space for anything else
Alex Warren: What’s the best/most unusual thing to happen to you during a dj set?
Mowgli: The most unusual thing, I got a dude comin at me with a walkman and a tape cassete in,
asking me to play that! I mean…. it happens all the time to have people
asking for this artist or that record, but actually giving you the music its rare…
and even a tape cassette?? who the hell has a tape player anymore?? WEIRD!
I was tryng to figure out if he was taking a piss but he was actually superserious.
Anyway, I took it and i still have that walkman at home.
Alex Warren: What one person is the biggest influence on you as a recording artist?
Mowgli: One person only is very difficult, I’d say when I was a kid goin to party and buying vynil
it was all about chicago house and also all the detriot techno scene…

Alex Warren: Who is your hot tip of 2011?
Mowgli: I really like Mendo, I think he’s a great producers, every release is high quality so i have to say him.
